We offer our services in Kouvola and neighboring areas. We are a local company with over 12 years of experience in property maintenance and have been a PHM partner since 2012. PHM Group is a property services group whose mission is to care about people by taking care of their surroundings.

PHM Digital
PHM Digital is the portal that gathers all information about your housing association or property in one place. Our customers can monitor the progress of the maintenance work, whether it is an individual service request or work included in a maintenance contract. PHM Digital also makes it possible to monitor consumption figures.
In addition to the above, the representatives of the housing company will have access to a wide range of features that facilitate the administration of the housing company, such as electronic signatures, document storage and meeting features.
